- Its own welcome text names two engineering programmes where the regulator registers three. The third appears on the site only as a Department of Architecture with a named head of department.2
- It publishes no seat count, no programme length and no fee, so nothing about its two named programmes can be compared with any other college in this record.2
- It dates itself to 2000 and gives a street address in Chakupat, Patan, which is more precise than the regulator's entry for it.2
- The telephone number on its own site differs from the one Pokhara University's faculty page prints for it, and its own site carries a second landline the university does not list.2
