EduLibrary

52 colleges · 4 universities · 15 districts · 25 sourced answers · 94 documents read

A record of degree-level engineering education in Nepal, built from what each college, its university and the regulator have actually published. Every figure on every page carries the document it came from and the date that document was read. Where nothing has been published, the page says so rather than estimating.

What is in the record

Every institution teaching a degree-level engineering programme in Nepal gets one page, on the same fields and the same code path, whichever university awards its degree. 52 of them have a page today and 41 of those clear the completeness bar these pages set; the rest carry what has been read and state plainly what is missing. The answers alongside them cover the admission systems those colleges sit inside: how each entrance works, what it costs, which list is the offer, and what happens when seats do not fill.

The answers, by university

The Tribhuvan University entrance, its central admission procedure, its quotas and its published fee tables are answered on icenepal.com/answers, the college site that publishes this record.

The rules this record holds itself to

These are not editorial preferences. They are what makes this different from a directory, and each of them is checkable against any page here.

Nothing is sold to an institution
No membership, no featured badge, no sponsored row, no priority listing. No college can pay to appear, to appear higher, or to change what is written about it.
Every figure carries its source and its date
Not a footnote on the page but a field on the record. The claim being made is not “this is true”, it is “this is what the document said on this date”.
No ratings and no rankings
No score, no star, no placement percentage and no pass-rate claim we did not read off the university’s own published result. Lists are alphabetical and say so.
Empty stays empty
Where a college has published nothing, the page says so. No estimates, no “contact college for fees”, nothing filled in from a directory.
A college’s own website is a source; copy a college sends us is not
A published page, read on a date and cited by URL, is how a figure enters the record. A prospectus emailed in is a lead to go and check, not publishable text.

EduLibrary is published by Imperial College of Engineering, Tathali, Bhaktapur, which is one of the colleges listed in this record. It appears on the same fields, the same code path and the same empty cells as every other, and it cannot be moved up a list or given a figure it has not published.
