• It prints a whole-programme fee for each of its three degrees on its own answers page, excluding the refundable deposit, the survey camp and the uniform. No other Tribhuvan institution in this record publishes a fee at all.5
• Its Civil total is the same figure Khwopa Engineering College publishes for its own Civil programme, and both colleges are undertakings of Bhaktapur Municipality teaching in the same neighbourhood under different universities.5
• Ten per cent of each programme's admitted students pay only the Institute of Engineering Regular fee, and inside that share two Civil places, one Computer and one Electrical are held for entrance toppers from schools in Bhaktapur Municipality.5
• It runs no hostel and says so plainly, pointing students at private hostels nearby. Deposits are refunded only after all four years are completed.5
• Its own page title carries "(TU)" after the college name, which is how it separates itself from Khwopa Engineering College, and its answers page names and links that other college directly.4
